Hungarian Wax Peppers are 5 inch long sweet medium heat peppers. Scoville rating of 1,000 - 15,000. These peppers can be used in Latin dishes, soups and salads. Fruit sweetness can increase dramatically the longer they are left to ripen.

Santaka Peppers thrive under the following growing conditions:
Temperature Range: 60-80 °F
Light: At least 6 - 8 hours daily
Soil: well-drained fertile sandy loam
Water: 2-3 times per week, less once more developed
