Poblano peppers are green peppers ranging from 1,000-2,000 on the Scoville Heat Unit scale. This makes them a very mild pepper, especially when compared to something like our ghost peppers. Poblano peppers, like anaheim peppers, are delicious when stuffed and baked or grilled.

Poblano peppers thrive under the following growing conditions:

• Temperature Range: 70-90 °F
• Light: 6 or more hours of direct sunlight (more heat and sunlight tends to make for spicier peppers)
• Soil: well-drained
• Water: keep soil moist
